I don't know about you but when I see people all over the world-changing their priorities, helping others, and being appreciative of our health heroes, I get extremely emotional.
I believe that we as humans have so much to learn from each other and from this experience.
I am an optimist. I like to think things are going to be better after all this. I could be naive and maybe even 'over-zen' about all this situation, but if there's one thing that I am trying to learn for many years is that I can only react to things that are on my control. And so, I asked myself what are the things that I could do to make me feel better and writing is one of them.
Please don't think this is as selfish as it looks. Remember that once I feel better, once I do something that I am passionate about and it fulfills me, the vibes that I am projecting out to the world is going to also be positive. The more positive vibes we all project to the universe individually, the easier it will be to go through this phase.
Be happy, smile, find things that you are grateful about. Did you manage to have a warm shower today? Did you have a bed to sleep on? Go ahead, write a list of things that you are lucky to have today! It will help us all to heal from this moment.
