It's time to Quarantine. Most of us in the world are at home reflecting, protecting ourselves and trying to find a way to make money.
I myself write to you from Sydney, Australia. I have family and friends in Europe, South America, Central America, Asia.
Our communication has been mostly from far away and virtual for a few years now, I moved away from home when I turned 18 years old. The fact that we are actually communicating with each other via video calls, working remotely and following the social distancing rules is extremely sad and scary however, I noticed in the past few weeks that the people I know have been more flexible and available to chat and are showing a little extra love and appreciation to each other more often than usual.
And yes, it is very sad that people are losing their lives, others don't have means to pay their bills, buy food, or have any of the basic things that we need to survive right now, who are very uncertain about the future and how are we going to adapt... I urge you to find the silver lining.
I urge you to find ways to bring joy to your day, to you and your loved ones.
The more good vibrations we put out in the world, the easier it will be for us to recover from this tough crisis.
